VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE PAY ATTENTION

I am very thrilled and admire the game the most, but there is a glitch where on Chapter 3, "Get the Girl", it does not allow me to reach the roof through the elevator after running through the casino; it immediately fails me after entering the elevator scene and I have to pay a hospital bill straight forward after hearing Jason make a "grunt" sound. I really want to save Karen, please fix this issue as soon as possible. I am running the app on a 64gb iPhone 6, up-to-date. Again, I am very frustrated that it kept on failing me automatically when I havent even arrived on the roof yet, please help resolve this; I know Gameloft is never a disappointment.
