Fun, but Gamelofts care ruined it

I LOVE this game, and I have played it for 2 years. But after the WORST customer care service in the world and unjust and random bans (3 weeks of ban time total) has turned me off. I get repetitive answers that dont even answer my questions. These replies take 2 days minimum. (WhatsApp takes 2 hours!) I would say more, but there is nothing to say. I hate Gameloft. (Ps: I get banned the same way every time, leave a gang mission paused and leave your phone locked over night)
